Aquitaine Conferences provides you, on October 13th, a shuttle service for your transfer from Bordeaux Mérignac airport to the Palais des Congrès in Arcachon.

The departure is scheduled at 1:15 pm.

The meeting point is set in the HALL B of the airport, at the information counter, a hostess will welcome you.

We wish to draw your attention on the punctuality of departures, the bus leaving the airport at 1:15 pm sharp.

A bus transfer is also planned on October 16th from the Palais des Congrès to the airport, with a departure from Arcachon at 1:15 pm.

Easy and direct access :
- By plane: International airport of Bordeaux Mérignac, just 45 minutes from Arcachon.

- By train: daily and direct high speed train links between Paris Montparnasse and Arcachon (3hr 45 min).
                        The Palais des Congrès is within walking distance of the railway station at Arcachon.

- By car: less than one hour drive from Bordeaux.
